Every site on this list was designed by me from top to bottom. I handled everything from the theme design to layout to addition of content. Some were created using WordPress, which allows the client to later go in and make any wanted changes on their own. Others were designed using pure code, which allows greater flexibility of design, but is not as user-friendly, and clients will likely require professional assistance if they intend to make changes in the future.
